The Premier League has drawn up a list to determine the best ever Nigerian to have featured in the competition since its inception, thus including the former Arsenal, Chelsea, Bolton and Portsmouth stars.
Efan Ekoku became the first-ever Nigerian to play in the Premier League when he represented Norwich City back in April 1993.
Leicester City duo Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho, Everton's Alex Iwobi, Watford's Isaac Success and Manchester United's Odion Ighalo are the five Nigerian-born players playing for clubs in the top flight this campaign.
As at the time of this report, Kanu tops the polls with 34 percent of the votes cast, with Okocha coming in at second on 30 percent. Mikel, Yakubu and Moses had 17, 16 and 3 percentage of votes to themselves in that order.
