Brown Ideye Silences Critics With Brace For Dynamo Kiev
Dynamo Kiev have qualified for the semifinals of the Ukrainian Cup following a hard fought 3 - 2 victory over Metalist on Wednesday evening.<br /><br />Nigeria international Brown Ideye bagged a first half brace for the Kievites and was the architect in building up the goal scored by Yarmolenko in the 73rd minute.<br /><br />And he had a chance to score a hat trick but missed from the spot after 79 minutes.<br /><br />Metalist defender Yussuf Ayila, was on target in the 85th minute to make the scoreline 3 - 2 and spark the game into life but Dynamo Kiev soldiered on to progress to the last four of the competition for the first time since 2011.<br /><br />Midfielder Lukman Haruna made the squad that traveled to Kharkiv but was an unused substitute.<br /><br />Photo Credit: fcdynamo.kiev.ua.<br />
