Chelsea creator Victor Moses is looking forward to joining his international teammates in Uyo ahead of Saturday&rsquo;s African Cup of Nations qualifier against Tanzania.<br /><br />The 25-year-old will arrive in Nigeria on Tuesday with confidence, having featured in every competitive game contested by the Blues in the new season, and scored in back-to-back matches against Bristol Rovers and Burnley.<br /><br />&ldquo;After a great 3 points on Saturday now it is time for international week and I&rsquo;m looking forward seeing the lads tomorrow 👊🏾 ,&rdquo; Moses tweeted before he headed off to the airport in London.<br /><br />Moses&rsquo;s last appearance for the three-time African champions was against Egypt in Alexandria on March 29.<br /><br />He had caps for England&rsquo;s U16, U17, U19, and U21 national teams before he committed his international future to Nigeria, where he was born. <br />
