England U21 international Chuba Akpom bagged a brace as Arsenal claimed their first win of the season with a 3-1 victory over Derby County in the Premier League 2 at St George<span class="body1">&rsquo;s</span> Park National Football Centre on Friday night. <br /><br />Willock got the ball rolling in the seventh minute after he was slipped through on goal by Akpom, before the Nigerian striker doubled the visitor<span class="body1">s advantage with a low finish on 27 minutes. <br /><br />It became 3-0 in the 55th minute when Akpom got his second goal from close range, and he came close to a hat-trick only for his shot to miss the target. <br /><br />The 20-year-old has now netted three times in Premier League 2 this term, including his strike against Liverpool before the international break. <br /><br />It is all but confirmed that he will not be in action for the first team when they take on Southampton on Saturday. <br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br /><br />Photo Credit : arsenal.com <br /></span>
