Zaglebie Lubin have one foot in the final of the Polish FA Cup after hammering Arka Gdynia 3 - 0 on Tuesday in the first leg of the semi - final.<br /><br />It took the favourites a quarter of an hour to open the floodgate through Arkadiusz Piech after receiving an assist from former Flying Eagles midfielder Solomon Abwo.<br /><br />In search of an equalizer, Arka Gdynia tried all they could to create an opening but the attack lacked bite.<br /><br />And the Yellow - Blues were further punished for their defensive frailty when Arkadiusz Piech struck again in the 69th minute.<br /><br />Zaglebie Lubin maintained the momentum and were rewarded with another goal 15 minutes from time through David Abwo.<br /><br />This season, there is serious Nigerian interest in the Polish Cup as two Nigerian players may be facing each other in the final of the competition on May 1.<br /><br />Ugochukwu Ukah&rsquo;s Jagiellonia Białystok are at home to Zawisza Bydgoszcz in the other semi final on Wednesday.<br /><br />Photo Credit : transfermarkt.co.uk<br />
