Clement Udeh Godday endeared himself to FK Haugesund supporters after notching a brace as The Arabs thrashed Tippeligaen newcomers Sogndal in a preseason friendly on Saturday.<br /><br />Super Eagles defender William Troost-Ekong, who will skipper FKH in the upcoming season, made the starting XI with new signing Ibrahim Shuaibu handed a spot in attack.<br /><br />At the start of the second half and with FK Haugesund leading 1-0, coach Mark Dempsey made nine changes, bringing on Clement Udeh Godday and another new recruit Anthony Izuchukwu.<br /><br />Godday placed the ball into the far corner to give FKH&nbsp; a two - goal lead in the 67th minute before grabbing his second goal of the day six minutes later.<br /><br />He would have bagged a hat-trick 15 minutes from time but shit straight at the goalkeeper.<br /><br />Former FK Haugesund coach, Jostein Grindhaug, discovered Clement Udeh Godday when he visited Nigeria in November to scout for talents.
