Everton winger Ademola Lookman has given an insight on his post-match routines and the people he more often turn to for advice and a clear evaluation of his performance after every of his game for the Toffees.
Speaking to Liverpool Echo, the 21-year-old revealed that his dad as well as two of his handlers during his budding years with Sunday League football club, Waterloo FC have been a source of inspiration to his career.
The youngster feels these three individuals are more likely to tell him the truth about how well he had fared in a game.
"I speak with two of my old coaches from Waterloo, they have been with me from when I was seven years old and are like my mentors. And I talk to my dad as well", he said.
"It is so important to be surrounded by people who tell you the truth.
"They are with me on that journey. I use the strength they give me and combine that with my strength. It helps me a lot."
