Leicester City and Manchester United kickoff the Boxing Day fixtures, with two of the top three teams in the English Premier League doing battle at the King Power Stadium.
Both managers Brendan Rodgers and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer are exponents of counter-attacking football and would be pinning their hopes on Jamie Vardy and Anthony Martial respectively to get them the goals.
Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder and coach turned pundit Tim Sherwood has predicted that Leicester City holding midfielder Wilfred Ndidi will snuff out the danger of Manchester United's talisman Bruno Fernandes just as he nullified the threat of Harry Kane last weekend.
Speaking on Premier League Productions just before the start of the game, Sherwood stated : "I think a really key point is, and I think they've done a job on Tottenham Hotspur last week, Ndidi getting around Bruno Fernandes.
"He would get around him like he did with Harry Kane, almost nullified Harry Kane.
"If he nullifies the important players, the catalysts in each side, like Kane for Tottenham and Fernandes for Manchester United, they are halfway there."
Ndidi is one match away from reaching a 150-game milestone for Leicester City after making the starting lineup against Manchester United, teammate Kelechi Iheanacho is on the bench and Odion Ighalo is not in the matchday squad.
