German-Nigerian forward Kevin Schade reached a club milestone for Brentford as he scored the only goal in their 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace on matchday three of the Premier League on Saturday.

He opened the scoring in the 18th minute of the encounter with a fabulous strike having deftly evaded his markers.

The 21-year-old goal wasn't enough to give Brentford the maximum points as Joachim Andersen drew level for the Eagles in the 76th minute.
With his strike against Roy Hodgson's men, he entered the record books as the 50th player to score for the Bees in the English top flight.

Coincidentally, the goal was his first in the colours of Brentford since his arrival in January.

He initially joined Thomas Frank's side on a loan deal in January from Freiburg.

Having been impressed with his performances, Brentford signed the German-born forward on a permanent deal in the summer.

He has featured in all of Brentford's three games this campaign, starting the last two games against Fulham and Crystal Palace.

Schade has made 22 appearances across all competitions for the Bees registering a goal and an assist.
