Nigeria international Austin Ejide was not among the 28 players that began pre - season training with Hapoel Beer Sheva on Sunday morning.<br /><br />The goalkeeper has been given an extended vacation due to his participation at the World Cup currently taking place in Brazil.<br /><br />The Camels will be participating in the Europa League this coming season after they finished in second place in the Israeli Championship.<br /><br />And they have started preparations early in order to fine-tune strategies before their first match in the competition against a yet to be determined opponent on July 17.<br /><br />Austin Ejide has spent the last two years at Vasermil Stadium, Beersheba. <br /><br />Photo Credit : uefa.com<br />
