Iheanacho, Ambrose, Four Nigerian Players Make Champions League Play-Off Squads

Six Nigerian players, including four Super Eagles stars, are in contention to feature for their respective clubs in the UEFA Champions League play-offs.<br /><br />The 20 play-off contenders submitted their squad lists to European football governing body, UEFA, before Monday&rsquo;s deadline.<br /><br />Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola has included <b>Kelechi Iheanacho</b> in his roster and the striker will be wearing the number 72 jersey if he features against Steaua Bucharest at the Arena Națională, Bucharest next Tuesday.<br /><br />Israeli champions Hapoel Beer Sheva have listed <b>John Ogu</b> and <b>Anthony Nwakaeme</b> for their clash with Celtic. Super Eagles defender <b>Efe Ambrose</b> made the roster of the Scottish side.<br /><br />Left back <b>Elderson Echiejile </b>returns to the Monaco squad , having missed both matches in the third qualifying round against Fenerbahce. <br /><br /><b>Chidozie Awaziem</b> could make his debut for Porto in the Champions League when they square off against Roma.
