Danish Superliga side FC Midtjylland are prepared to sell Paul Onuachu before the start of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Nigeria international is valued in the region of 75 million Danish krone (approximately N3.1 billion) by Midtjylland, who are ready to do business with any of his suitors provided that his asking price is met.
It is all but confirmed that Onuachu will be named in the Super Eagles 23-man squad for the tournament in Egypt, though Rohr will axe two players from the provisional roster two weeks from now.
''We must think that Paul will play the Africa Cup of Nations for three weeks. It can affect his value in relation to how he delivers in that tournament,'' says FCM sports director Svend Graversen to Ekstra Bladet.
''But we have decided we will sell him before the tournament starts if we get what we demand for him.
''That's a bit of a lottery game. For Paul's value can increase if he does well for the tournament.''
This season, Onuachu scored 22 goals in 40 matches across all competitions for FC Midtjylland.
