The majority shareholder of Finnish club KuPS, Ari Lahden, has revealed that he has not received any offer for Nigeria international Gbolahan Salami, amid rumours linking him with a transfer to Al-Arabi and Seattle Sounders in the winter transfer market.<br /><br />&ldquo;I have not heard about this information. However, I am not surprised if they are interested in him, as he played well last season, &rdquo; Ari Lahden said to iltasanomat.fi.<br /><br />&ldquo;I suspect that neither of these clubs would not be able or want to pay an amount that is sufficient for his purchase.&rdquo;<br /><br />In the 2016 season which ended in October, Salami hit target 14 times in 31 matches in the top-flight, and provided two assists. <br /><br />The former Shooting Stars and Warri Wolves frontman has a contract with KuPS until November 2017.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br /><br />Photo Credit : kups.fi<br />
