Lukman Zakari Reps Terminate CS Sfaxien Agreement, Defender Offered To Esperance, Club Africain,
Allnigeriasccer.com understands that the proposed move of Nigeria U20 international Lukman Zakari to CS Sfaxien has collapsed, with his agents confirming that the deal is off.

The Unity Academy starlet and his intermediaries had agreed a five-year
contract with the Tunsian Ligue 1 side which would have started running in December if all the parties had honoured the agreement.

For the past two months, Lukman Zakari and his reps have been waiting for CS Sfaxien to send them a flight ticket, so the defender can resume training after he was permitted to return to Nigeria for Flying Eagles duties.

Another bone of contention is CS Sfaxien have refused to pay the Flying Eagles star the agreed $650.00 monthly allowances he was promised when he penned a pre-contract in February.

Tunisian-based intermediary Mahmoud Ouaddeni has hawked him around top clubs in Tunisia, including Esperance and Club Africain, but the Nigerian is unlikely to accept the proposal because both clubs want him to undergo trials first before he is offered a contract.

Ifeanyi Emmanuel
