Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea Scouts Run The Rule Over Wilfred Ndidi

Manchester United sent one of their trusted scouts to run the rule over Nigeria international Wilfred Ndidi during Thursday&rsquo;s Europa League meeting between Racing Genk and&nbsp;Sassuolo. <div><br /></div> <div>Belgian journalist&nbsp;Kristof Terreur says Manchester United chief scout Jim Lawlor and one of their freelancers attended the game at Luminus Arena (Genk).</div> <div><br /></div> <div>Ndidi was seriously courted by Hamburg and Watford in the summer transfer window but the two clubs failed to meet his asking price, and a couple of Premier League teams have observed him this season.&nbsp;</div> <div><br /></div> <div>Representatives of&nbsp;Leicester City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Newcastle, Southampton and Bayern also monitored the defensive midfielder display his wares against the Italian opponents.&nbsp;</div> <div><br /></div> <div>The Nath Boys product signed a contract extension with Racing Genk in February that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2020 if both parties honour the agreement.&nbsp;</div> <div><br /></div> <div>Ifeanyi Emmanuel&nbsp;</div>
