Super Eagles-eligible forward Luca Koleosho is set to link up with Moses Simon at French Ligue 1 club Paris FC, a move that will strengthen the club's attacking department.
Simon, currently representing Nigeria at the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, will return to the French capital later this month to find a new competitor for places.
Transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Paris FC and Burnley have agreed a permanent deal for Koleosho, bringing the talented attacker to France and ending his spell in Spain.
The 21-year-old is eligible to represent four countries at senior international level: the United States, where he was born; Nigeria through his father; and both Italy and Canada via his mother’s heritage.
As it stands, the Italian Football Federation are in pole position for his services, with the player provisionally cap-tied to the two-time European champions.
A product of Espanyol's youth academy, Koleosho will terminate his season-long loan deal with the Barcelona-based club before heading to Paris to complete the formalities of his transfer to the capital outfit.
His minutes in La Liga have been limited this season, just 60 minutes across three brief appearances, most recently against Real Betis three months ago.
Koleosho made 15 Premier League appearances for Burnley during the 2023-24 campaign.
Simon joined Paris FC last summer and has featured in 16 matches, contributing three goals and two assists.
