Sevilla striker Akor Adams has emerged as the most offside player across Europe’s top five leagues during the 2025–26 season, according to a report by Estadio Deportivo.
The Nigerian forward has been caught offside 22 times, surpassing other prominent strikers including Moise Kean in Italy, Königsdörffer in Germany, Evanilson in England, and Bamba Dieng in France.
Adams has made 13 appearances for Sevilla so far this season, scoring two goals.
His most recent goal came in early October 2025 against Barcelona in a 4-1 victory. Since then, he has played seven consecutive matches without finding the net.
Despite the scoring drought, Adams remains a key figure in Sevilla’s lineup.
He played the full 90 minutes in their 1-1 draw against Valencia on Sunday, continuing to occupy a central role in the team’s attacking setup.
Across Europe’s top leagues, Adams’ 22 offside calls stand out as the highest among all strikers.
The tally highlights the frequency with which he has been caught offside, compared to forwards in Italy, Germany, England, and France, who trail him in this statistic.
On the international stage, Adams has impressed by scoring twice in his first four caps and has been included in Eric Chelle’s provisional 54-man squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
