Italian Serie B club Carpi have recalled Nigerian attacker Jerry Mbakogu from his loan spell with Russian outfit Krylya Sovetov. <br /><br />The 24-year-old joined Krylya Sovetov in the summer transfer window, and made eight appearances for the club in all competitions before he was asked to return to Italy.<br /><br />Mbakogu will begin training with his teammates at Carpi on Wednesday, February 1.<br /><br />He will play with the number ten kit which he wore during the 2014-2015 season, where he netted 15 goals and was named the top striker in the second-tier. <br /><br />The striker previously represented Palermo, Juve Stabia and Padova.<br /><br />Igho Kingsley <br />
