London club Chelsea have loaned out their thirteenth player ahead of the forthcoming season and more will follow suit before the summer transfer window closes for business.
Dutch Eerste Divisie team SC Telstar have announced the signing of English-American midfielder Kyle Scott on loan.
The 20-year-old made his Blues debut last season in the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup vs Hull City and made the bench for games in the Community Shield, Champions League, Premier League and League Cup.
He is eligible to represent the national teams of four countries : United States, England, Italy and Republic of Ireland.
Scott will begin training with SC Telstar next week, if his paperwork is completed.
