Uzundurukan suggests N190b-plus bid could force Osimhen's exit from Galatasaray

Turkish football pundit Zeki Uzundurukan believes a very large bid of over 120 million euros (approximately N190 billion in Nigerian currency) could make it almost inevitable for Galatasaray to sell their marquee centre-forward Victor Osimhen in the summer transfer window.

Widely regarded as one of the top five strikers in the world at the moment, Osimhen continues to be linked with a departure from Rams Park at the end of the season, despite signing a permanent deal with the Turkish champions last summer.

La Liga's big three—Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Atlético Madrid—have been credited with interest in the former African Footballer of the Year in recent weeks.

Speaking on the Libero TV YouTube channel, the Turkish journalist indicated that Galatasaray are already weighing the possibility of selling the Nigerian forward for a figure exceeding €120 million.

"Galatasaray is considering selling Victor Osimhen for a figure exceeding 120 million euros," Uzundurukan was quoted as saying by habersarikirmizi.com.

"Galatasaray should carefully consider whether they can fill the void left by Osimhen, but if Osimhen wants to leave and the desired price is offered, there will be nothing left to do and Osimhen will leave."

European giants, including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Juventus, are expected to run the rule over Osimhen in Sunday's Intercontinental Derby between Galatasaray and Fenerbahce.

Under contract with The Lion until June 2029, the former Napoli man has recorded 19 goals and 7 assists this season.
