Per a statement on its official webpage, Arsenal has announced that the club has recalled Chuba Akpom from his loan spell with Coventry City.<br /><br />During the six weeks he spent at the Sixfields Stadium, the 18 - year - old recorded six appearances in the championship.<br /><br />Earlier this season, the England youth - teamer was farmed out on loan to another League One outfit Brentford.<br /><br />The loan agreement between Arsenal and Coventry City was due to expire at the end of this season.<br /><br />Chuba Akpom has one Premier League appearance under his belt in the 2013 - 2014 campaign which came against Sunderland in September.<br /><br />Photo Credit : arsenal.com<br />
