With a statement on its official webpage, League Two club Plymouth Argyle has announced that it has reached an agreement with Notts County regarding a loan deal for Anglo - Nigerian forward Enoch Showunmi.<br /><br />The 31 - year - old spent the last one month on loan with another League Two side Torquay United.<br /><br />After the deal was rubber-stamped by the Football League, the Nigeria international expressed delight at joining the Pilgrims.<br /><br />&ldquo;I was at Torquay at loan and the renewal didn&rsquo;t go through for whatever reason. It was kind of a last-minute thing when [Argyle] came in, and I thought &lsquo;Yeah, I&rsquo;ll come down&rsquo;. <br /><br />&ldquo;I know the manager has been after me a few times in the past,&rdquo; says Showunmi to the official website pafc.co.uk.<br /><br />Enoch Showunmi will play with the number 29 jersey for the rest of this season.<br /><br />Photo Credit : leedsunited.com<br />
