Swedish Allsvenskan club &aring;tvidabergs FF has officially announced that it has extended the contract of John Owoeri, 28.<br /><br />The out - of - favour Nigeria international has put pen to paper on a one - and - half year deal that will keep him at the Kopparvallen until December 2016. <br /><br />Speaking after the contract was signed, &aring;tvidabergs FF stated on its official website : &ldquo;We are very pleased that we have been able to extend with John Owoeri&nbsp; further one and a half years.<br /><br />&nbsp;&ldquo;John has just gotten better and better since he was about here.<br /><br />&nbsp; &ldquo;It takes time to get into the Swedish football, but he has now developed into a stable Allsvenskan player and is an important piece in our attacking game.&rdquo;<br /><br />John Owoeri starred for teams in Belgium, Egypt and Holland before his move to &aring;tvidabergs FF in 2013.<br /><br /><span style="">Photo Credit: feyenoord.com</span><br />
