Major League Soccer club Real Salt Lake have announced the signing of&nbsp; Sunday Stephen, pending visa approval and receipt of his International Transfer Certificate.<br /><br />The financial terms and duration of the contract penned by the 27 - year - old were not disclosed per league and club policy.<br /><br />&ldquo;I am very happy and excited to join Real Salt Lake, a club with a winning history in MLS,&rdquo; Sunday Stephen told Real Salt Lake&rsquo;s official website.<br /><br />&ldquo;I look forward to a successful season, challenging myself to meeting my new teammates and the fans in Salt Lake.&nbsp; I am coming to challenge myself in a competitive league and win titles.&rdquo;<br /><br />A defensive midfielder by trade, Sunny Stephen has had spells with clubs in Spain, Israel, Bulgaria and Turkey.<br /><br />Photo Credit : fifa.com<br /><br />
