Manchester United have completed the signing of highly-rated young defender Rocco Fregapane .

The England youth-teamer was offered a contract by the Old Trafford outfit after impressing the watching coaches during trials.

Manchester United youth-team guru jb_8521 has revealed that Rocco Fregapane has become the latest player to join Manchester United's academy from Huddersfield Town.

The Red Devils had offered trials to at least 12 youth players who became unemployed after Huddersfield Town opted to close their academy, citing the fact that several of their academy players failed to break into the first team.

Rocco Fregapane has updated his profile on Instagram, confirming that he is now on the books of Manchester United.

He has trained with England U15 team in the past.
