Hope Akpan Satisfied With Blackburn Rovers Pre-Season Training

Hope Akpan and his Blackburn Rovers teammates are set to return to England from Austria, where they held a training camp in preparation for the start of the 2016-2017 season.
The Nigeria international worked an eighty-two minute shift in the center of midfield in Blackburn Rovers’ first pre-season fixture against Bundesliga side SV Ried on Saturday.
“Ready to travel back home from Austria. It’s been a good trip. Quick snap with my roomie @Ebenno88 #cmonmaaate, ” Akpan posted on Twitter on Sunday morning.
A product of Everton, Akpan joined Blackburn Rovers in the summer of 2015 from Reading and went on to make 35 appearances in the Championship last term.
