Exclusive : Roma Starlet Umar Sadiq Resumes Training With Nigeria U23s

will resume training with the Dream Team VI at their training camp in
Atlanta as from Monday, July 11.
It is confirmed that the attacker jetted out of the country in the early hours of this morning via the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, having left Kaduna in the afternoon.
Nigeria U23s coach Samson Siasia had permitted him to leave the team’s training camp following the death of his father, ex Ranchers Bees star Umar.
Depending on his fitness, Sadiq Umar could make his unofficial debut for the Nigeria U23s in their friendly against Charleston Battery FC on July 16.
