Obanor Hoping To Conclude Talks With German Club Before Joining Nigeria U23s Camp

According to information gathered by allnigeriasoccer.com, Mountain of Fire FC stopper Erhun Obanor will begin training with Nigeria U23s  from this weekend.

Eyebrows have been raised in some quarters as a result of his absence from the get-together in America despite a successful visa application.

Now it has emerged that the former Abia Warriors star traveled to Germany to undergo trials with an unnamed 2 Bundesliga club.

And the 20-year-old is hopeful of concluding the deal on or before Friday, July 15 before joining his international teammates in Atlanta.

Erhun Obanor had attracted interest from a club in Belgium prior to his trip to Germany.
