Iheanacho Named In Man City Squad For Champions League Tie With Steaua Bucharest
Published: August 15, 2016Kelechi Iheanacho was included in Manchester City traveling party to Romania for their Champions League play-off with Steaua Bucharest on Tuesday.
The Nigeria international sat next to France star Sagna on the plane took off from England on Sunday.
The 19-year-old Iheanacho came off the bench in the last ten minutes of City’s 2-1 win over Sunderland , and will be hoping he is given another run out by coach Pep Guardiola on Tuesday.
Last season, the former Golden Eaglets and Flying Eagles star appeared four times in the knockout rounds of the Champions league, logging 71 minutes.
England youth international Tosin Adarabioyo was in the 21-man squad that arrived in Romania.
