Heartbroken Ex-Nigeria U20 Star Bulbwa Speaks About Death Of Supportive Mother
Published: August 29, 2016Nigeria U23 international Bernard Bulbwa is in mourning following the passing away of his beloved mother on Wednesday 24 August 2016.
The former Flying Eagles winger had kept the news to himself, before he informed officials of his club after the Tunisian soccer Cup final between Esperance and Club Africain at Stade Olympique de Rades on Saturday.
“My mother died last week Wednesday, all what I am today is because of my mom, ” said Bulbwa to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“She encouraged me in my career by prayers and encouraging words . I don’t have any spiritual pastor which I know a lot of footballers do.”
Bulbwa added : “If I encounter any difficulties I will call her and ask her to pray for me and she will.
“I informed my club president after our game last Saturday, I will talk to him tomorrow (Tuesday) to know when I will be going home.”
Bernard Bulbwa’s mother will be buried on the 13th of September, 2016.
