Two players of Nigeria descent on the books of London clubs were in action as England thrashed Israel 5-1 in a three-team mini tournament at the Globe Arena, Morecambe FC on Monday night.

Fulham midfielder Dennis Adeniran and Arsenal talent Tolaji Bola started the game on the bench but were introduced by manager Neil Dewsnip in the 46th and 64th minute respectively.

Manchester City defender Ashinme Kigbu, who made his international debut in the 2-1 win over Italy last Thursday, was a non-playing substitute.

Morgan Feeney, George Hirst (2) Reiss Nelson and Jaden Brown were on target for the Young Lions while Maccabi Haifa U19 defender Ofek Nadir netted what turned out to be a consolation goal for the visitors in the 59th minute.

England U18s face Sweden in their next fixture in October, before a mini-tournament against Poland and France the following month.
