Published: September 08, 2016
Arsenal defender Tolaji Bola is on the radar of the Nigeria Football Federation, with a view to an invitation to one of the national teams in the not too distant future.
Born January 04, 1999, the stopper has yet to make his first team debut for the Gunners but is regarded as one of the top prospects at the Emirates.
London-born Bola played six times for England’s U17 team last season after starring for the U16s, but has been promoted to the U18s squad this term and was called up for September’s fixtures against Israel and Italy.
“We are yet to make contact with Tolaji Bola but soon we will contact him, ’’ Team Nigeria UK boss David Doherty briefly told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Bola signed his first professional contract with the Gunners in January 2016.
