Rundown of how players of Nigerian descent fared in the second round matches in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

At Stadion PFK CSKA, Dele Alli started and played 82 minutes as Tottenham Hotspur beat CSKA Moscow 1-0. England U20 international Josh Onomah was an unused substitute. Alli hit the crossbar in the first half.

Premier League champs Leicester City returned to winning ways by beating Porto 1-0 at King Power Stadium. Ahmed Musa appeared off the bench in second half stoppage time.

Former Super Eagles invitee Chidozie Awaziem has not been registered for the competition and did not travel with the Portuguese team to England.

England youth international Layton Ndukwu was in action for the Foxes U19s in the UEFA Youth League and was not involved.
