Liverpool Wonderkid Ovie Ejaria Makes Debut For England U20s Against Germany
Published: October 07, 2016Liverpool rising star Ovie Ejaria will finally make his debut for the English U20 National Team when they take on Germany in a four-nation tournament at John Smith’s Stadium in Huddersfield on Friday night.
The former Golden Eaglets trainee has been named in the starting XI alongside two players of Nigerian descent in the shape of Charlton Athletic striker Ademola Lookman and Chelsea’s Dominic Solanke.
On Wednesday, the three players were unused substitutes as the Young Lions beat Netherlands 2-0 in their opener at SportsDirect.com Park.
Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori, who played the full game against Netherlands, starts on the bench tonight.
