ADO Den Haag Confirm Tyronne Ebuehi Will Debut For Nigeria In March
Published: March 02, 2017
Dutch Eredivisie club ADO Den Haag have confirmed that Tyronne Ebuehi has accepted to represent the Nigerian national team rather than the Netherlands at international level.
The wing-back has been named in a 25-man roster for friendly matches against Senegal (March 23) and Burkina Faso (March 27) in London.
The first time Ebuehi was called up to the national team for a World Cup qualifier against Algeria last October, he did not honour the call up because he wanted to concentrate on establishing himself in the first team squad of ADO Den Haag.
The 21-year-old can represent the three-time African champions because his father is Nigerian.
