NFF In Talks With English Premier League Team To Replace Burkina Faso
Published: March 25, 2017
The Super Eagles may be involved in a scrimmage early next week before returning to their various clubs, allnigeriasoccer.com understands.
Following the cancellation of the friendly with Burkina Faso over the non-issuance of visas to the players and officials, manager Rohr has informed the Nigerian team they may lock horns with an English Premier League side.
Meanwhile, the players continued their preparations for their next engagement as if nothing happened, with training sessions conducted on Friday and Saturday.
The good news is that Trabzonspor midfielder Eddy Onazi has returned to training after suffering a back injury against Senegal on Thursday.
The Nigeria squad will end the get-together in London on Tuesday, March 28.
