Who Is New Super Eagles Invitee Ebere Eze? Five Facts About Ex-Arsenal Youth-Teamer

Queens Park Ranger wonderkid Eberechi Eze will begin training with the Super Eagles in London on Monday, March 27.
Here are five facts about Eze:
1) Eberechi was born on June 29, 1998 to Nigerian parents, a day after Nigeria crashed out of the 1998 FIFA World Cup, losing 4-1 to Denmark in the second round.
2) He did not encounter problems locating the Super Eagles Crowne Plaza Hotel when he visited on Saturday night. A London boy through and through, he has represented clubs based only in the English capital, spending his formative years as a footballer with Arsenal, Fulham and Millwall before he was snapped up by QPR in summer of 2016.
3) Eze began his career as a midfielder before he was converted to a striker and this has paid off big time. The talented teenager is top scorer of Queens Park Rangers U23s this season, with 10 goals to his name from 18 matches.
4) The attacker has made Queens Park Rangers matchday squad three times this season - against Wolves and Burton Albion in the Championship and Blackburn Rovers in the FA Cup- and made his professional debut on January 7, 2017 against Hope Akpan’ team.
5) Two months ago, Queens Park Rangers rewarded Eze with a fresh contract that will keep him a the club until the end of the 2018-19 season.
