Noah Bazee Returns To Hannover Without Training With Super Eagles
Published: March 27, 2017
Hannover offensive all-rounder Noah Bazee will return to Lower Saxony on Tuesday without taking part in any training session with the Super Eagles, allnigeriasoccer.com understands.
Days leading up to the start of the get-together in London, the talking point was whether or not he would accept the invitation because he has been struggling with a knee injury for the past three weeks.
The Super Eagles players are impressed with Bazee’s commitment, are surprised that he traveled to the English capital, knowing full well that he’s not in tiptop condition, and pointed out that Chelsea’s Victor Moses withdrew from the squad citing injury.
The 20-year-old didn’t participate in full training on Sunday, the team’s final training session before Monday evening’s practice game.
Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has stated that Bazee is being treated by national team medics while in camp.
