NFF Blamed As Noah Bazee Knee Injury Worsens In Super Eagles London Camp
Published: March 30, 2017Talented striker Noah Bazee is unlikely to feature for Hannover in their 2 Bundesliga clash with Union Berlin on Saturday, April 1 after worsening his knee injury while training with the Super Eagles.
The Nigeria Football Federation have been blamed for Bazee’s predicament because they allowed him come to the training camp in London despite his injury.
“The injury in the knee has not improved, but is somewhat worse. We have to wait tomorrow to see if he will make the squad, ” Hannover coach André Breitenreiter said.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that Bazee featured in the practice game between the Super Eagles Team A and Team B at the Hive Stadium on Monday.
The 20-year-old has not lasted the distance for Hannover since December 12, 2016.
