Cameroon Federation Expose Montreal Impact Defender For Lying He Was Abandoned In Brussels

All is not well with the Cameroonian national team ahead of two crucial World Cup qualifiers against Nigeria.
The players almost missed their lunch because their hotel bills were not paid for at the Parker Hotel before the friendly with Guinea, now, Montreal Impact defender Ambroise Oyongo Bitolo claimed he was abandoned in Brussels because his flight was not paid for.
“I’m stuck because I do not have my ticket back. I’m here waiting, no one is giving me an answer, ” Bitolo said to camfoot.com.
“You give your heart, your soul, your life for your nation, but others do not recognize your worth.
“But in any case, you will not discourage us. We were born in Cameroon, we grew up in Cameroon. We are not going to abandon our country.”
The Cameroonian National Team Coordinator André Nguidjo has rubbished the claims of Bitolo, stating that the player was sent his round-trip plane ticket in advance, and wondered how he got to Brussels without his traveling document.
A FECAFOOT source added that Bitolo decided to stay back in Brussels for one more day after the training camp, and unfortunately could not get a flight to Montreal on Wednesday evening.
Ambroise Oyongo Bitolo started every single game for the Indomitable Lions at the 2017 African Cup of Nations.
