Tottenham's Dele Alli Emulates Super Eagles Stars Ikeme, Shittu, Sodje ; Named In PFA Team Of The Year

Tottenham Hotspur star Dele Alli has been included in the Professional Football Association's (PFA) Premier League Team of the Year.
The attacking midfielder was the only player of Nigerian descent recognized, with the likes of Kelechi Iheanacho (Manchester City), Victor Moses (Chelsea), Ross Barkley (Everton) and Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City) missing out.
In his second season at White Hart Lane, Alli has contributed to 23 goals (16 goals and 7 assists) from 31 appearances in the English top flight.
The 21-year-old has also been nominated for the PFA Young Player of Year award for the second successive season.
Former Nigeria internationals Efe Sodje, Sammy Sodje and Danny Shittu as well as Wolves goalkeeper Carl Ikeme have made the PFA Divisional Teams of the Year in the past.
