Representatives from Arsenal and Barcelona witnessed the Belgian First Division A clash between Zulte-Waregem and Sporting Charleroi on April 22.
Scouts in Attendance has reported that the Premier League and La Liga sides sent their trusted scouts to the Stade du Pays de Charleroi to run the rule over the top stars on both teams.
