omitted.

Elsewhere, the injured Luke Amos was not in the Tottenham Hotspur side against Cardiff City at Wembley. An eighth minute goal from Eric Dier gave the Londoners a 1-0 win.
At Vicarage Road Stadium, Watford's defeat to Bournemouth will be a bitter pill to swallow for Isaac Success given the nature of the loss after they conceded four goals without scoring.
The Nigeria international was introduced in the 55th minute, with the scoreboard reading 4-0. Fit again Stefano Okaka was not in the Hornets squad.
Bournemouth's Jordon Ibe watched proceedings from the bench and Flying Eagles star Nnamdi Ofoborh has to wait for his Premier League debut after he was left out of the match day squad.
