<b>Allnigeriasoccer.com</b> understands that Georgian Umaglesi Liga champions FC Dinamo Tbilisi have set the wheels in motion to sign Nigeria U20 international Ejike Ukwu in the January transfer window.<br /><br />The player has agreed in principle to join the Blue-White, and has been offered a two-and-a-half year contract.<br /><br />But the proposed deal faces a stumbling block, with Ejike&rsquo;s brother Chidera Ikwu and guardian Tony Evangelista demanding $100,000 from Dinamo Tbilisi before sanctioning the move.<br /><br />The Eastern European agent acting on behalf of Dinamo Tbilisi has not been able to meet the demands of the defender&rsquo;s representatives, and when the money he offered was not enough they proposed other players to the club after they previously agreed to the transfer.<br /><br />The Starplus FC starlet was a member of the Golden Eaglets squad at the 2015 Fifa U17 World Cup, before he was promoted to the U20s.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br /><br />Photo Credit : fifa.com<br />
