Sahj, Stefanovic Not Considered As NFF Shortlists Sainfiet, Le Guen, Yusuf For Eagles Job
The Nigeria Football Federation has announced the three candidates that made its shortlist for the vacant Super Eagles job.<br /><br />Nigeria
has not had a substantive coach since ex-Super Eagles skipper Sunday
Oliseh resigned in February, citing incessant violations of his contract
by the Federation. <br /><br />Former Ethiopia coach Tom Sainfiet, Super
Eagles caretaker coach Salisu Yusuf and Frenchman Paul Le Guen are in
the running to handle the national team, with the trio making the
shortlist.<br /><br />Giovanni Solinas, Hey Antoine, Mark Wotte, Ernesto
Paulo Calvinho, Dorian Marin, Le Guen, Miodrag Jesic, Perry Hansen, Ove
Pedersen, Adebayo Lateef Kola, Sylvanus Okpala, Peter Ijeh, Vladimir
Petrovic-Pizon, Lodewijk de Kruif, Kenichi Yatsuhashi, Bjorn Frank
Peters and Ricki Herbert had applied for the job.<br /><br />The Technical
and Development Committee will interview the three candidates on Monday,
