John Obi Mikel has announced that he might end his more than ten-year association with Chelsea when he comes off contract at the end of the 2016-2017 season.<br /><br />The defensive midfielder can reach an agreement with an interested club when the January transfer window opens for business per Fifa rules. <br /><br />&ldquo;When you have a year left, in January you are allowed to talk to other clubs and sign a pre-contract or have an agreement so, yes, I will talk to other clubs because you never know what is going to happen,&rdquo; Mikel said, according to Sky Sports UK.<br /><br />&ldquo;This season is the last at the club if my contract ends.
