Six Nigerian Players Included In Arsenal Squad For UEFA Youth League

Six players of Nigerian descent have been included in Arsenal&rsquo;s roster for the UEFA Youth League which begins next week.<br /><br />Manager Andries Jonker has selected goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo, defenders Tolaji Bola, Joseph Olowu and Tobi Omole, midfielder Xavier Amaechi while Aaron Eyoma is listed as a forward.<br /><br />Aaron Eyoma, 18, has represented the Gunners U19 squad in the UEFA Youth League before, during the 2014-2015 season, and scored against Galatasaray in the group stage. <br /><br />On the other hand, Okonkwo, Olowu, Omole, Amaechi and Tolaji have no UEFA Youth League experience and will be hoping to play their first game in the competition, starting from Tuesday&rsquo;s clash with PSG at the Stade Municipal Georges Lef&egrave;vre (Saint-Germain-en-Laye).<br /><br />Arsenal&rsquo;s remaining opponents in the group stage include&nbsp; Ludogorets and Basel.<br /><br />Ifeanyi Emmanuel <br />&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;Photo Credit : arsenal.com<br />
