Former Kazakhstan midfielder Vyacheslav Erbes has revealed his take on who is the better ex-Premier League forward between Victor Moses and Nani.
After spells at Chelsea, Liverpool, Stoke City and West Ham United, the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winner joined Kazakhstan Premier League club Kaisar as a free agent last month.
2016 European Championship winner Nani came out of retirement to sign for five-time Kazakhstan Premier League champions Aktobe in January.
Nani is best known for his time at Manchester United, where he won four Premier League titles, two Carabao Cups, four Community Shields, and the UEFA Champions League.
Although he praised Moses' talent, Erbes noted that Nani's achievements and pedigree are unmatched.
"Moses is a good player, but certainly not at the level of Nani, and he doesn't have as many awards. But he played well for Spartak," he told sports.kz.
"The KPL is certainly a lower level than the RPL, and since they're bringing in players like him, they have no financial problems.
"Although the media reported they're in debt, that's their problem. They built a new stadium, they're bringing in top players, so they're expecting big things from this season. And Moses won't be in the shadows; he'll help them achieve positive results."
Moses started for Kaisar as they were beaten 1-0 by Uzbekistan Super League side FC Khorazm in a friendly staged at their training camp in Antalya, Turkiye on Saturday.
The former Inter Milan, Fenerbahce and Spartak Moscow ace is contracted to Kaisar until the end of the 2026 season.
