Warri-Born Queens Park Rangers Captain Onuoha Banned For Three Games
EFL Championship outfit Queens Park Rangers have confirmed via their official website that Warri-born Nigerian defender Nedum Onuoha has been suspended for three matches following his dismissal in the latest round of matches.
Onuoha took the walk of shame in second-half stoppage time as the London team were thrashed 4-0 by Ola Aina's Hull City on Saturday.
The central defender charged into Markus Henriksen with his shoulder after the Hull City midfielder had clashed with Queens Park Rangers midfielder Josh Scowen.
He will miss tomorrow's game against Sheffield Wednesday plus matches with Preston North End (April 14) and Brentford (April 21).
Queens Park Rangers have held internal discussions with Nedum Onuoha over a new deal as he is out of contract in the summer.
This season, the former Manchester City and Sunderland ace has made 30 appearances in all competitions, logging 2,655 minutes in total.
