West Ham Youngster To Undergo MRI Ahead Of World Cup; Bournemouth GK Departs Golden Eaglets Camp
Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that former England U16 goalkeeper Daniel Jinadu is in contention to make his competitive debut for the Golden Eaglets at the upcoming FIFA U17 World Cup.
The West Ham youngster has been scheduled to undergo a Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) before he is integrated into the Nigeria U17s.
It is understood that Jinadu, who was born in Nigeria, has not been included on the roster for the UEFA ASSIST U-17 International Tournament which begins in Turkey this week.
Coach Manu Garba has opted to give members of the U17 AFCON team a second chance to impress and majority of the players named in the traveling party to Turkey will come from there.
Meanwhile, Bournemouth goalkeeper Joseph Oluwabusola asked to be excused from the ongoing training camp in Abuja due to educational commitments.
The 16-year-old has returned to the United Kingdom as he wants to register for the new academic session.
Oluwabusola has given his word that he will join the Golden Eaglets in Turkey for the UEFA ASSIST U-17 Tournament.
